Order Confirmation and Cancellation
• All orders are final once confirmed.
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at 214-968-9096 or via our customer service email. Cancellations may only be accepted if made at least [insert number, e.g., 2-4] hours prior to the scheduled pickup, delivery, or food truck service.
• Orders not meeting the minimum requirement (5 items for catering orders) may be subject to cancellation or adjustment, at our discretion.

No Refunds on Prepared or Delivered Food
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for orders once the food is prepared, picked up, delivered, or served from our food truck.
• Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or delivery. If you notice any issues with the quality or accuracy of your order, please notify our staff immediately.

Quality Issues and Remedies
• If you believe there is a mistake with your order or the food quality does not meet our high standards, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue. Remedies may include replacing the item, providing store credit, or, in exceptional cases where a mistake has occurred on our part, a refund may be considered.
• To be eligible for a remedy, please have your order number and details available when you contact our customer service.

Limitations
• Refunds are only considered for issues that are directly attributable to an error on our part (for example, incorrect items or significant quality issues).
• Refunds will not be issued if food is damaged after pickup or if any product is consumed or partially consumed.
• For food truck orders, any delays or changes in the service area will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for refunds if such changes occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
